Participation

Promotion is valid from 28thth of September to 6 P.M, 15th of October 2014, 12:00 A.M (GST).

The participants should be over age of (18) years to enter the competition.

Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

Jotun reserves the right to accept any entry and to disqualify any Contestant once accepted and/or the Winner if Jotun has reasonable grounds to believe that the Contestant has breached the Terms and Conditions. Noncompliance with the Terms and Conditions of this Competition will automatically disqualify the Winner from availing the Prize.

Jotun reserves the right to cancel or amend these Terms and Conditions in its absolute discretion and without prior notice.

Jotun does not accept responsibility for network, computer, hardware and/or software failures of any kind, which may restrict or delay the sending or receipt of your entry.

Each contestant may enter multiple submissions to the Competition. However, contestant are only eligible to win the prize only once.

This contest is not, in any way, sponsored, endorsed or administered by or associated with Facebook. The information you provide to Jotun will be used only for the purposes of communication.

Winners

Winners will be announced within 5 days after the closing of the competition on the 15th of October 2014, 12:00 a.m. (GST).

The winners will be selected in a lucky draw format. All participants from the start date to end date of the competition stand a chance to win.

Winners will be announced on the Wall of Jotun Arabia Facebook Page.

Prizes

Any taxes (including income and withholding taxes) on a Prize awarded directly to the Winner are the responsibility of the Winner as per the tax laws of the participating countries.

Entry to the competition is only open to residents of the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar and Bahrain.

Employees of Jotun and their immediate families, distributors, and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible.

Participants must hold a valid passport in order to claim the grand prize. Participants must provide an official proof of residence (passport or ID card) upon collecting their prize. Without this, the prize will not be awarded and will be allocated to a new winner.

All entries to the competition should be through Jotun Facebook page http://www.facebook.com/JotunArabia.

Jotun will not use or transfer the participants contact details to any 3rd parties.

* The winners of the Lady Design competition will be announced on Jotun Facebook Arabia wall. After the announcement of the winners of Jotun Arabia Facebook page wall, the winner will be required to send a private message to Jotun Arabia within 15 days of the announcement. Failure to do, so the prize will automatically be cancelled, and the winner will not be able to redeem the prize.

The prize, or any unused portion of the prize, is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. if the prize is not claimed within days listed or due to other difficult circumstances, then it’s the responsibility of the winner to provide a full detailed document or letter to Jotun of the person he/she nominates to take the prize on their behalf, with his/her signature. Jotun reserves the right to withdraw the prize entitlement.

After winners are announced, participants in UAE, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar and Bahrain will have 15 days to claim their prize from Jotun. Should these dates pass and the winner has not contacted Jotun, Jotun has the right withdraw the prize entitlement.

The winners may be required to take part in promotional activity including the use of his or her photograph in connection with publicity about the prize.

The Winner agrees to complete and execute any documentation required by Jotun, its representatives and affiliates or anyone on their behalf in order to give effect to their Prize, including but not limited to certificate/affidavit of eligibility, publicity release and travel information and liability release or any other document as requested by Jotun at its sole discretion. Failure by the Winner to return completed documents within the time specified by the relevant requests of Jotun or failure to execute any other obligation specified in the present rules or requests of Jotun may result in disqualification and the Prize being awarded to the next Contestant chosen at random.

All other expenses not stated herein as part of the Prize are the Winners sole responsibility.

Jotun and associated companies accept no responsibility for any loss or damage suffered by any prize winner or any other person in connection with or in the use of the prizes.

The prize will be decided by random draw, scheduled for 15th of October 2014, 12:00 a.m. (GST). There will be 9 winners, each winner will receive a maximum of 2 gallons of paint which by choice of winner can be either Colour Mirage or Prestige. Painting service and providing painters is not part of the Lady Design competition prize. Only the paint will be provided. Only KSA is offering free design consultation.

للدخول في المسابقة يجب على المشاركين أن يكونوا قد تجاوزوا عمر 18عاماً.

للمشاركة في هذا العرض، يجب الموافقة على الشروط والأحكام.

تحتفظ جوتن بحق قبول أو إلغاء أي مشاركة حتى بعد قبولها و / أو الفائز في حال وجود أسباب منطقية لدى جوتن تدعو إلى الشك بأن المتسابق قام بخرق الشروط والأحكام. كما أن عدم الامتثال لشروط وأحكام هذه المسابقة سيعرض الفائز تلقائياً إلى الحرمان من الاستفادة من هذه الجائزة.

تحتفظ جوتن بحق إلغاء أو تعديل هذه الشروط والأحكام بناءً على تقديرها ومن دون أي إشعار مسبق.

لا تتحمّل جوتن مسؤولية فشل الشبكة والكمبيوتر والأجهزة و/أو البرامج من أي نوع، والذي قد يؤدي إلى الحدّ أو التأخير من إرسال أو استلام مشاركتك في المسابقة.

يستطيع كل متسابق تسجيل عدة مشاركات. ولكن في النهاية سيكون مؤهلاً لربح الجائزة مرة واحدة.

هذه المسابقة ليست، بأي طريقة من الطرق، برعاية أو بدعم أو بإدارة أو بالاشتراك مع فايسبوك. فالمعلومات التي قمتم بتقديمها لجوتن سوف تُستخدم لأغراض التواصل والاتصال بكم فقط.

Winners

سيتم الإعلان عن الفائزين خلال 5 أيام بعد انتهاء المسابقة في 15 أكتوبر 2014 الساعة 12 منتصف الليل بتوقيت الخليج.

سيتم اختيار الفائزين بناء على سحب عشوائي. كافة المشاركين من تاريخ بدء المسابقة إلى اليوم الأخير لديهم فرصة للربح.

سيتم الإعلان عن الفائزين في المسابقة عبر صفحة جوتن على فايسبوك.

الجوائز

يتحمل الفائز مسؤولية كافة الضرائب التي قد تترتب على الجائزة (بما فيها ضرائب الدخل أو الضريبة المقتطعة) تبعاً للقانون المعمول به في البلدان المشاركة.

باب الاشتراك في هذه المسابقة مفتوح لجميع المقيمين في الإمارات العربية المتحدة والمملكة العربية السعودية والكويت وعُمان وقطر والبحرين.

لا يحق لموظفي جوتن وأفراد عائلاتهم المقربين والموزعين ومنتسبي الشركات الشقيقة الاشتراك في هذا العرض.

على المشاركين حمل جواز سفر ساري المفعول للمطالبة بالجائزة. كما يجب عليهم تقديم إقامة سارية المفعول (جواز سفر أو بطاقة هوية) عند استلام جائزتهم. ومن دون هذه الوثائق، لا يحق استلام الجائزة وسيتم منحها إلى فائز آخر.

تلتزم جوتن بسياسة المحافظة على خصوصية بيانات المشاركين الشخصية وعدم نقلها إلى أي طرف آخر.

* سيتم الإعلان عن الفائزين في مسابقة صيف وربيع 2014 عبر صفحة جوتن على فايسبوك. يتوجب على كل فائز بعد أن يتم الإعلان عن أسماء الفائزين أن يقوم بإرسال رسالة خاصة إلى صفحة جوتن على فايسبوك خلال 15 يوم من تاريخ الإعلان. سيتم إلغاء الجائزة بشكل تلقائي في حال عدم إرسال الرسالة ولن يتمكن الفائز من استلام جائزته.

لا يمكن تحويل أو تغيير الجائزة أو أي جزء غير مستخدم منها أو استبدالها بالمال النقدي. في حال لم يتم استلام الجائزة خلال الفترة المحددة أو لأي سبب خارج عن إرادة الفائز، حينها يتحمل الفائز مسؤولية تزويد جوتن بوثيقة موقعة تحمل البيانات الكاملة للشخص الذي ينوبه باستلام الجائزة. تحتفظ جوتن بحق سحب الجائزة.

بعد الإعلان عن أسماء الفائزين، يمكن لمتسابقي دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة والمملكة العربية السعودية والكويت وعُمان وقطر والبحرين استلام جوائزهم خلال 15 يوماً من الإعلان عنها. في حال انقضاء هذه المدة ولم يتصل الفائز بجوتن لاستلام جائزته، تحتفظ جوتن بحق سحب الجائزة.

قد يُطلب من الفائزين المشاركة في الأنشطة الترويجية بما فيها استخدام صورهم في الإعلان المتعلق بالجائزة.

يوافق الفائز على استكمال كافة المستندات المطلوبة من قبل جوتن وممثليها أو الشركات المنتسبة إليها أو أي شخص يمثلها ليتأهل إلى الحصول على الجائزة، على سبيل المثال لا الحصر الشهادات المؤهلة والنشرات الترويجية ومعلومات السفر وإخلاء المسؤولية أو أية مستندات أخرى تقوم بطلبها جوتن وفقاً لتقديرها. عدم تمكن الفائز من إكمال الوثائق ضمن الوقت المحدد من قبل جوتن أو عدم تنفيذ أي التزام أو طلبات أخرى محددة في الشروط والأحكام الحالية من قبل جوتن، قد يؤدي إلى فقدان المتسابق أهليته في الحصول على الجائزة وتقديمها إلى رابح بديل يتم اختياره عشوائياً.

يتحمل الفائزون كافة النفقات التي لم يتم ذكرها كجزء من هذه الجائزة.

بتاريخ 15 أكتوبر 2014، الساعة 12 منتصف الليل بتوقيت الخليج، سيتم اختيار 9 فائزين من خلال سحب عشوائي. حيث سيحصل كل فائز على غالونين من الطلاء من اختيار الرابح والتي قد تكون إما ميراج أو بريستيج. لا تتضمن الجائزة خدمة طلاء الجدران وتوفير عمّال الطلاء. سيتم توفير الطلاء فقط. يتم توفير خدمة استشارية للتصميم فقط في المملكة العربية السعودية.
